• Online shopping
  Product name, price, description, size, mode and other relevant information shown on the page are concluded in this contract.
• Payment/Return and exchange/customer service/invoice will be in charge of Sanor Co., Ltd.
• According to Consumer Protection Act, “Consumers of distance sales or door-to-door sales may return the goods or rescind the contract in writing within 7 days upon receipt of goods or services without stating the reasons or be responsible for any expenses or costs, except in the case of distance sales with reasonable matters.” (article 19, paragraph 1, 2015)  

Therefore, after the contract is established and you receive the product, you have the right to terminate the contract under Article 19, paragraph 1 of the aforementioned Consumer Protection Law. If you need to return the product, please refer to the "Return/Refund Procedure Description" in the UGG website member center.

When you complete the online shopping process, the system will automatically send you a notification via email or other method. If UGG confirm that transaction term is correct, payment completion and that stock is available, UGG will deliver the products directly without informing. Once the transaction term is false, stock unavailable, service disable or any condition that UGG cannot accept the order, UGG will return you automatically.

If you choose to pay the price by credit card and pay in installments, the installment payment service is provided by your credit card issuer, and the creditor-debt relationship of installment payment exists between you and the credit card issuer, except on the relevant webpage whoever is marked, the interest you need to pay and its calculation method, whether there is another credit insurance or the setting or involvement of a guarantor, etc., are all determined in accordance with the relevant agreement between you and the credit card issuer. Regarding to the quality, guarantee and aftersales service of the products or service in your order will be maintained by Decker’s group, distributor, importer, agency or service provider. They will be responsible to provide your quality promise, guarantee and aftersales service but Sanor will assist you to resolve any questions or disagreement relevant to online shopping.

UGG is able to define a limitation of ordering for specific products at once; when the quantity in your order exceeding the limit set by UGG, UGG will only ship the quantity according to the setting.

Once you complete the ordering process, it means that you are sending a request and willing to obey the contract and other transaction terms or limitation to purchase products or service.If the information you keep (such as address, phone number) changes, you should immediately go online to modify the saved information, and you should not deny the order or refuse to pay on the grounds that the information does not match.If the product or service ordered by you is delivered twice unsuccessfully and not reachable over three days, UGG will cancel this order and fully refund.

Any online purchase you have made in this website will be subject to the digital transaction date recorded automatically by UGG system, if there is any disagreement. If you find any information is incorrect, please contact UGG immediately.This website may contain many links, and all information on these linked websites or webpages is provided by the linked websites. UGG does not guarantee the correctness, reliability or immediacy.

If the company cannot send messages to you because your incorrect or expired information or any reason to accuse us, it is still deemed that the company has completed the service of the notice.

Except the coverage of Consumer Protection Act, you have no right to reject all or any part of the product on the grounds of short delivery unless you submit a claim to us in writing within seven days of the date of receipt of the most recent invoice or product Otherwise, even if there is a shortage of goods received or the product is not delivered, you should still pay the full amount for the product actually received. 

 

• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

The software or programs, website content used by UGG or its subsidiaries' websites and related channels including but not limited text, graphics, files, data, information website structure, layout are the IPR of UGG and its holders of right. Anyone cannot use, modify, remade, display publicly, revise, broadcast, publish, announce publicly, re-engineer, decompile or disassemble. If you would like to quote or share the above software, programs or website content, you will need a paper agreement from UGG or other holders of right legally in advice. It is your obligation to respect intellectual property rights. If there is any violation, you shall be liable for damages to UGG including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees, etc.

 

• Limitation of Liability
