Delivery Charge
- Free shipping with net purchase of $1,500 or above
- For order less than $1,500, the delivery charge is $80 per order

- No delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday
Delivery Details
- Your order will be delivered by our Logistics partnership to the address that you filled out on the checkout page.
- Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a “Shipment Confirmation Email” with waybill number of your order. You can track the shipment status by logging to your account. If you need to select the specify delivery time, please contact our customer service.
- To ensure the courier can contact you smoothly, kindly confirm the correction of your mobile number at checkout page before you submit.
- If courier cannot contact you twice in a row, the order will be cancelled automatically and we will refund (excluding delivery charge) to your credit card within 20 business days.
